The Canadiens opened the pre season Friday night at the Atlas Tube Centre with a 5-4 win over the Amherstburg Admirals. Scoring for the Habs was Bryce Scarlett and Marco Sladoje both scoring twice and Matt Herniman adding the Canadiens other goal. Romano Liburdi and Trevor Heslop shared the duties between the pipes.
Tuesday night the Canadiens traveled to Essex to face the 73’s in pre season action. The Canadiens would strike 4 times in the 2nd period en route to a 5-0 victory. Goal scorers were Adam Pizzo with 2, Matt Herniman, Aedan Sullivan and Eric LaRue adding singles. Romano Liburdi and Trevor Heslop shared the shutout in net.
